Appointments and Cancellation Fees
- Appointments canceled or changed within the 24-hour window will be charged 10% of the appointment fee.
- Cancellations or no-shows after that period are subject to 30% of the appointment fee.
We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service
- Anyone with open wounds, infections, or visible health concerns in the treatment area.
- Anyone in poor health or with a contagious condition that may pose a risk.
- We do not offer cuticle cutting services to diabetic clients.
- Individuals who are rude, aggressive, or disrespectful to staff or other guests.
Refunds, Returns, & Re-Do Policy
- All services are non-refundable.
- If you are not satisfied, notify us during your appointment so we can address it right away.
- We will fix smudges, chips, or shape issues at no cost if reported within 24 hours of your visit.
- All repairs must be scheduled within five days of the original appointment.
- We do not offer refunds or credit notes if you change your mind after the service is completed.
- Once you leave the salon, we consider you satisfied with the result unless stated otherwise before leaving.
- Damage caused by improper care (lifting, breaking, chipping due to personal activities) is not covered and will incur a repair fee.
